Protection you can put your name to
Your customers trust you, so the protection you offer has to be sound. We’re licensed and supervised, our risk carriers oversee our work, and we keep to the rules on data and resilience.

What you can count on.
Three things stand behind every programme we run for you.
Licensed and supervised.
We hold the licences to offer insurance, and the financial regulator supervises how we work. You’ll find our registrations for your market at the foot of every page.
Overseen by our risk carriers.
Every programme runs under the authority of an A-rated risk carrier, which monitors how we run it and audits our work.
Financially sound.
Fidamy is backed by long-term investors, including NN Group, so the programmes we run for you stand on solid ground.
The rules we work to.
And what each of them means for you and your customers.
Licensed under Dutch law.
The Financial Supervision Act is the Dutch law that governs financial services. Under it, we hold the licence to act as an authorised agent for our risk carriers, and the Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) supervises our expertise and our conduct.
Audited as an MGA.
Dutch insurers set out how an MGA, an agent that accepts risks and handles claims on their behalf, has to manage its risks. Our work is audited against this framework, so our risk carriers can rely on how we run every programme.
Held to the supervisor’s standards.
De Nederlandsche Bank supervises the insurers we work with, and sets out in its good practices what it expects of them, the agents they work through included. We work to them, so the programmes we run stand up to our risk carriers’ supervisor too.
Your customers’ data, protected.
The General Data Protection Regulation sets how personal data may be collected, used and kept across the EU. We handle every customer’s data in line with it, and our privacy statement tells your customers how.
Built to keep running.
The Digital Operational Resilience Act sets how financial services stay secure and keep running when technology fails. Our risk carriers fall under it, and we meet the requirements they set under it.
Questions, answered
Do we need an insurance licence of our own?
In most setups, no. We hold the licences and take care of the rules, so you can offer protection without becoming an insurer.
Who carries the risk?
An A-rated risk carrier, never you. We design the cover and run every policy and every claim under its authority, and it oversees how we do it.
Where can we find Fidamy’s registrations?
At the foot of every page, for the market you’re in: who supervises us, our registrations and our legal documents.
How do you use AI with our customers’ data?
Within the GDPR, like everything else: AI works only on what a policy or a claim needs, and we answer for every outcome.
Can our compliance team see more?
