  • Challenge

NoLongerLost's QR tags help people recover lost phones, keys and luggage, but recovery cannot help when a device is damaged or stolen. The team wanted to offer that protection without building or maintaining an insurance integration.

  • Solution

Fidamy gave NoLongerLost a partner link that opens a pre-filled, NoLongerLost-branded checkout. It powers a dedicated landing page and a protection option in the webshop, with Fidamy clearly presented as the insurance provider.

Everyone has lost something they care about. NoLongerLost, a Dutch company, makes it far more likely you get it back. Its QR labels, keychains and phone stickers let anyone who finds a lost item scan the code and chat anonymously with the owner, no app required. Travel brands such as Corendon offer its labels to their own customers.

Recovery solves one half of the problem. The other half is what happens when a phone cracks, a laptop takes a fall or a device is stolen.

Find it, fix it

NoLongerLost and Fidamy brought both halves together. NoLongerLost customers in the Netherlands can now protect their devices against accidental damage and theft with Fidamy's electronic device insurance, underwritten by Nationale-Nederlanden.

Plenty of brands want to offer insurance but cannot justify an IT project to do it. Fidamy's partner link removes that barrier. On Fidamy's side, launching NoLongerLost meant registering a single partner code. On NoLongerLost's side, it meant adding a link in the right places:

  • Landing page: a dedicated page on nolongerlost.com with a QR code and a button that open Fidamy's flow.
  • Webshop: a protection option on product pages. After purchase, customers receive an email with a link to the flow, already filled in with their order details.
  • Signed-in customers: their details travel with the link automatically, so there is nothing to retype.

Customers buy and pay in a checkout that carries NoLongerLost's branding, so the experience feels like part of a brand they already trust.

Clear roles, clear trust

NoLongerLost asked for one thing above all: customers should always know who provides their cover. The flow makes it explicit that the insurance comes from Fidamy, while NoLongerLost introduces it. Clear roles make for a cleaner customer experience and a partnership that is built to last.
